Requirements for Paradigm Clients
For all in-person work, Paradigm is requiring that clients agree to follow applicable CDC guidance. Although the details of CDC guidance is subject to change, at a minimum, clients must ensure that every in-person attendee is not subject to quarantine or isolation under current CDC guidance; and is either:
- Fully vaccinated in line with current CDC’s Covid-19 vaccine guidelines; or
- Will follow current CDC guidance for unvaccinated individuals, including, as applicable, guidance pertaining to masking, personal protective equipment, and/or social distancing.
Clients will be required to enforce these guidelines as a condition of Paradigm’s engagement. If any of your employees are showing signs of illness — even if they satisfy the preceding requirements — we ask that they DO NOT attend. Paradigm is counting on our clients to enforce these requirements so that our facilitators can focus their efforts on delivering a great session.
Paradigm’s Requirements for our Experts
We want to do everything we can do to minimize Covid-19 risks. We are requiring that our employees who facilitate in-person work — workshops, strategy sessions, focus groups, presentations, or other events follow the CDC’s recommendations around Covid-19 mitigation and safe travel.
If a Paradigm employee shows any signs of illness before a session, we will do our best to have a different expert lead the in-person work. If we cannot bring in a new expert, you will be given the option to move to a virtual format or reschedule your in-person session for another date. Of course, there will not be any additional fees for rescheduling a session due to a Paradigm employee's illness.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you believe that you cannot satisfy our requirements for in-person work, we would be happy to move to a virtual format at no additional cost. If you would like to reschedule or cancel a workshop, you will incur the fees outlined in your contract.
We will continue to update these guidelines as the Covid-19 situation evolves, always prioritizing the health and safety of your team and ours. If you have any questions, email your Paradigm point of contact.
